Detroit Metropolitan Youth Ensembles (DMYE) provides youth, ages 8 to12, opportunities to develop their musicianship and express their talent and skill from a vocational perspective via training, rehearsal and performance opportunities that ultimately enhance self esteem, discipline, motivation, perseverance, concentration, creativity and academic skills.
